I had a pleasant stay at the 2* hotel near Bui Vien street. The room was clean and equipped with 3* amenities including toiletries, a hairdryer, and a TV with international soccer channels. The location is great for those who want to be near the busy bars and nightlife. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. I recommend this hotel for its value for money and convenient location.

We booked this hotel because of its location right across the street from the sinh tourist office and bus stop. The hotel is just 7 months old and the facilities are therefore excellent including a free computor in the rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Extremely helpful staff we booked a superior room that turned out to be on the front street, and so noisy we had trouble sleeping.. The second night we requested a quieter room, and although the only quiet rooms were priced higher, they gave it to us for the same price. The front desk staff went out of her way to get us on the bus to Can Tho, and to make sure we didn't get lost or get on the bus.
Very noisy if you don't get the right room.

The warm and friendly staff, spotless rooms, great breakfasts, convenient location near amenities and currency exchange, swimming pool access and reliable wifi.
There was nothing I didn't like.

convenient location
A very strong noise at night from the street. Near to the hotel there are Nightclubs, where you can hear loud music. However, you can book a room without windows, if satisfied with the location.

Staff were wonderful, location great. We were allowed to check in early on arrival for no additional fee. When we left they looked after our baggage for us and allowed us a shower before we left for the airport.

Great breakfast options and comfortable bed were the best aspects during our stay. The hotel was located near some great restaurants and markets which was very convenient. The staff were nice when we arrived and helped us feel welcomed.
We had a few issues during our stay that made our experience less enjoyable. The room was not very clean and there was a strange smell.

The service was incredible, surpassing any other 5-star hotel I've stayed at. The staff, especially Le Oanh, Dung, Tai, and the night security guy, were super friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to tourist spots. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a fantastic supply of toiletries. The staff even went out of their way to show us around the city. The breakfast was tasty and the hotel had free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, a lift, air conditioning, and a great cable TV selection. the experience was mind-blowing and I highly recommend staying here.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Helped to bring up the luggage to my room, there is even a lift. The rooms are clean and have an own computer and flat screen in there. I had a room with no window which was a bit weird, but as I just slept in there it was fine. You can pay more for a room with window.
I booked a 1 day Mekong Delta tour through my hotel. It was the worst tour ever. This was not about customers or sightseeing it was more like a selling tour and we were sitting around for hours, the included lunch was the worst ever. Its very cheap and it should have made me suspisicous...and yes I was right. Also the guide was an nightmare...such an arrogant person....yes he was there to sell us stuff..... Spend more money, go out into the streets, there are lots of offices who sell good tours to the Mekong Delta. The hotel offers different tours by the same agency, but I assume they all will be similar...selling tours not about sightseeing.

Great location, near restaurant and travel agency.
Noisy at night. Make sure you ask for a back room and bring an opaque bag to cover the small window in the room

The room was amazing! It had a big LCD TV with lots of channels to choose from. I felt safe because there was a safe in the room. The bathroom was so nice, it had everything I needed and more. I loved how the room was air-conditioned and had beautiful tiled floors.
Personally, I didn't really like the showers in the private bathrooms. But hey, that's just my opinion!

Friendly staff. Excellent location in the centre of town.
Breakfast was a bit basic for the price of the hotel. The bedroom had small windows onto the atrium which had light coming in all night. Small blinds or curtains should be fixed which would cut out the light.

Staff were very frinedly and helpfull. We had booked for 3 nights but owing to problems with our plane we were held up and only ended up staying for one night. The staff were very understanding and considerate.
Great location but very noisy. We had asked for a quiet room and were right at the front and nearly oppolsite a nightclub which has very lound entertainment that goes on 'till about 2am. The breakfast menu could be improved-Vietnam has a great range of fresh fruits and yet only bananas were offered-
